There are times in the life of every growing business when business critical turns into critical business. Most often this appears as what we call a success crisis.
A success crisis is much like any other crisis a business may face. It is some event or combination of events during which the business has the real potential to fail or cause itself irreparable harm. What makes a success crisis different is the cause of the crisis. As its name implies, a success crisis is caused by success - having done something so right that you are now faced with the possibility of not being able to execute or capitalize on that positive success.
Just like any crisis, a success crisis is capable of killing the business in question.
