Within Anyion there are multiple groups, practicing multiple disciplines. Across those groups there is one common thread - professional irreverence. We take our jobs seriously but not much else. Wit, retort and, yes, even sarcasm are encouraged as corporate values.
Companies who take themselves too seriously end up becoming old and stodgy… which eventually becomes sluggish and moldy. See Microsoft for an example. Instead, Anyion purposely encourages its employees to poke fun at each other, at the company and anything meriting a laugh. Make no mistake, we are deadly serious in the midst of a corporate emergency but once the fire is under control you can expect us to pull out sticks, marshmellows, graham crackers and chocolate to make smoores.
There are no sacred cows within Anyion and we’ll be happy to help you slaughter all of yours.
