    Toll-free Outage Resolved

As of around 12pm, 11/12/2010 our @Toktumi outage has been resolved.  Total known outage time, 56 hours.  Clients should again be able to reach us at 877-219-2087.

For the next few days we will monitor our toll-free number to make sure it continues to work.  Once stability is established, we will revert from our temporary number back to our usual number.

Around 12pm EST, Garth from Toktumi called to notify us that RespOrg had been established and that the re-port process should be completed within the hour.  A few minutes later he called in on the toll-free number to let us know it should be live nationally again.

A full analysis of the outage, its cause(s), time to resolve and final resolution will be ongoing for the next week.
